Complete our online application form and upload the required supporting documents.

Please have the following ready:

• Recent passport-style photographs of your child and both parents in JPG format
• Your child’s birth certificate in English or Arabic
• Passports for your child and both parents
• Residence visas for your child and both parents
• Emirates IDs for your child and both parents, including both sides
• Your child’s end-of-year report and most recent school report
• Any relevant educational or diagnostic assessments, where applicable

If you are relocating from overseas, residence visa and Emirates ID copies may be submitted at a later stage.

A non-refundable and non-transferable fee of AED 500 is required for your child’s application to proceed to the assessment stage.

Payment of this fee does not guarantee the offer of a school place.

Once your application and payment have been received, our Admissions Team will contact you to arrange the appropriate assessment for your child.

FS1 to Year 1

Children take part in a relaxed, 30-minute, play-based assessment with a member of our Academic Team.

Years 2 and 3

Students complete a 30-minute interview and age-appropriate assessment with our Academic Team.

Year 4 and above

Students first complete a CAT4 assessment, which usually takes between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on age. This is followed by a 30-minute interview and assessment with our Academic Team.

Assessment appointments are offered on selected weekdays and are subject to availability. Our Admissions Team will confirm the next suitable date and time.

If your family is currently overseas, please let us know so that we can discuss the most appropriate arrangements.

Every application is carefully reviewed by our Academic Team. Our Admissions Team will then contact you with the outcome and explain the next steps.

Places are subject to availability within the relevant year group. Where a place is not immediately available, your child may be placed on a waiting list.

If your child is offered a place, you will receive an official offer letter and invoice.

To accept the offer and secure your child’s place, a deposit equivalent to 10% of the annual tuition fee must be paid within seven days.

Before joining Arbor, all students must complete the required KHDA registration process and have a signed Parent-School Contract in place.

Transfer Certificate requirements vary depending on your child’s current school:

• Students transferring from a school or nursery in Dubai: A KHDA Transfer Certificate is required from the current setting.
• Students transferring from overseas into Year 3 or above: A Transfer Certificate is required from the previous school.
